Ticket Purchase Policy

Ticket Delivery and Collection Policy
- Tix.lk issues digital tickets via email as PDF attachments.
- Customers must provide a valid email address and check for ticket delivery confirmation.
- In some cases, physical ticket collection may be required at the venue, subject to presenting proof of purchase and valid identification.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- Event cancellation.
- Postponement with no rescheduled date.
- Change of main performer or significant event details.
- Change of event venue significantly different from the original.
- Event timing changes of five or more hours from the original schedule.
